De Huauchinango a Tempe
Huauchinango sits in the misty mountains of Puebla’s Sierra Norte, a town known across Mexico as “la ciudad de las flores” for its azaleas. That is where this family comes from, and where the cooking comes from: mole poblano, tamales and corn tortillas made by hand.
“Our Restaurant is unique we make our food fresh an homemade corn tortillas for some of our plates. We are from Huauchinango Mexico.”
